Shipping Time- Sale Bundles Ship within 2 weeks. This is slower than normal due to the holiday period. Most items start shipping after Thanksgiving. Please note that we can not rush or express ship sale items. Once shipped, you will receive tracking. All items ordered before December 12th should arrive before Christmas. 

 

Discount Codes are not available during the sale and can not be applied. Prices are already marked down. 

 

Free Shipping is only offered on orders that total over $250 after any discounts apply. This applies only to orders to the contiguous USA. We can not adjust this for orders that don't meet the minimum. 

 

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship. We can not apply codes to orders once made and Sale pricing is only available during the sale period.

 

 

Returns are possible on all items within 30 days. Cloth items and pads can not be returned once opened, even if unused. Please take time to read our return policy, Exchanges are not permitted. Please read the item descriptions and your selection carefully. 

 

Address & Order Changes, Cancellations- Unfortunately, we can not add on or change orders once processed. We are also unable to make cancellations, even if the items have not shipped. We work with a partner warehouse and it is not possible during this time. Please read your address and review your order before submission. 

Package Safety - We encourage you to order Route Package Protection with your order. During the Holiday season, sadly there are many porch pirates. Once courier confirms delivery, we are unable to retrieve or reship stolen packages.
