Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched within 7 business days. Not including Weekends and Holidays. Please Note that if you order during a sale, your order may take up to 12 business days to ship. We can not expedite the process at this time.
Contiguous USA
- Packages are shipped via Fedex, USPS, DHL or UPS Ground 2-7 Business Day
- Free shipping for orders over $275 to the Contiguous USA Only.
- Shipping cost is based on total after any codes or discounts used. We can not modify.
- No PO Boxes. If entered, items won’t ship.
- This is a natural item, Please open package Immediately Upon Arrival.
- If courier damage occurs in shipping, Please contact us urgently.
- Orders may ship in more than one package (separate tracking)
- Packages shipped to International Package/Freight Forwarders may or may not be accepted by the forwarder. We are unable to reship if this occurs. We encourage you to ship to your own direct address.
International Orders + Non Contiguous USA

Items ship by by Fedex, DHL Express, or USPS depending on location in 2-14 Business Days
- For Shipping Costs, please add items to cart, and address. Costs are determined by package size, weight, and location.
- Time in Customs and Duty Charges are not included or covered by Design Dua.
- Orders to the EU should be placed on DesignDua.eu to avoid Customs/Duty.
- We do not offer returns on international orders.
Addresses & Changes
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If used, we will try to contact you to get a street address. This will delay shipment.
Please note that we can not intercept and change street addresses after orders have been placed. If an old or incorrect address has been used, we may be able to cancel if the order has not already been processed at the time of receipt of your email. Please understand that once an item is en route to you, we cannot stop the shipment and change the address.
We are unable to:
- Refund or Replace due to incorrect address entered at time of placing the order.
- Retrieve the package from the address it was shipped to.
- Stop the package once processed or en route.
Please understand as a small business we use large couriers such as Fedex, DHL, USPS. We do not have personal delivery company capacity and our ability to control delivery is limited.
Lost/Stolen Claims
We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items.
However, once delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier or police about any loss or delivery disputes. Please choose insurance at checkout if you are delivering to a risky address.
We are not able to reship or refund items which are confirmed delivered, by the courier. If you live in a high risk area, we ask you to select Signature Confirmation/Insurance service at checkout. Emails are sent immediately after items ship and should be followed by the recipient until delivery.
